The KITS Social Innovation Fund in 2016!

A new community report from the United Way of Lane County on the KITS Social Innovation Fund shows that the KITS Program made tremendous growth in Lane County last year. Highlights for the year include:

  • 368 children and their families were served
  • 20 teams of school staff (125 educators) were trained in the KITS Program
  • 24 elementary schools implemented KITS
  • $2 million dollars in new funds were brought into the community

United Way of Lane County
United Way of Lane County is a long-time partner of the KITS Program. They currently have a Social Innovation Fund grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service to implement the KITS Program in Lane County.
